15th
– I got up early and worked out on the leaning back bicycle machine and the
stretching machine and used both massage chairs. I never did use the rowing machine
because they were always in use. Kyrsten went with me and it was nice to have
someone to compare notes with on which machines or workouts we like or don’t
like. I had a hard time staying focused as I was leaving for Washington right
after. I met Juan at the Lucky Eagle Casino and of course we went to the
buffet. It was a sea food and prime rib with all the fixings buffet. It was reeeeally
good. Too good. I had to just walk around for a while after eating. I was so
full it hurt.
16th
- And then the brunch buffet the next morning. Oh, lort. I will definitely not
be looking at the number on the scale at my next doctors’ appointment. Which is
the 18th (tomorrow). As soon as I got home, I went straight to the
gym and worked out harder than I had yet. The leaning forward bicycle, the stretching,
and the rowing machine. I did the stretching before the rowing and I think that
might be why I was able to do two more minutes of rowing than I’ve been able to
do. I don’t know when the last time was that I sweated so much. I hope I didn’t
set myself back too far.
17th
– I was busy from the moment I got up today. I constantly stressed on when I
was going to have time to go work out. And then, I remembered. Rest day.
